今日は快晴、黒門三平は元気に営業中です。 本日も北海道の漁師さんから直送で、特大ヒラメが入荷しました 今日は快晴、黒門三平は元気に営業中です。 本日も北海道の漁師さんから直送で、特大ヒラメが入荷しました。 さばきたてで、お造りやお寿司盛り合わせに使用します。 We are open in Kuromon Market, Osaka. Today we received fresh flatfish (hirame) directly from fishermen in Hokkaido. Prepared fresh and served as sashimi and sushi platters. その他おすすめはこちらです。 ・本気のねぎとろ鉄火巻（たたきではない本マグロ使用） Real negitoro & tekka roll using high-quality tuna (not processed tuna paste) ・旬の鱧（丁寧に湯引き） Seasonal conger eel (hamo), prepared in traditional Japanese style ・鹿児島県産うなぎ蒲焼・白焼き（無添加タレ使用） Kagoshima eel (unagi), grilled with additive-free sauce 店内のどこかになまけものがいます。探してみてください。 There is a sloth hidden somewhere in the shop.
